The “Add Knowledge” section allows you to upload, link, or integrate data for efficient training and retrieval using our advanced Learning Engine. Here’s how you can enrich your assistant with company knowledge to deliver grounded responses for your users:

Manage knowledge
The “Trained Sources” section allows you to view and manage knowledge sources added to your assistant. You can monitor the training status, review details, and delete unnecessary sources to maintain a clean and efficient knowledge base.
- View Trained Sources: Access all added files, Web pages, templates, and integrated data grouped by source in one place. Click the source title to open the linked file, webpage, or data source in a new tab.
- Check Training Status: The Status column reflects the AI’s processing status:
- Trained: The content is fully processed and ready for retrieval.
- Processing: The AI is still processing and learning from the data.
- Failed: The system encountered an issue during training.
- Use the status and updated timestamps to identify and address outdated or irrelevant sources, ensuring knowledge stays current
- Delete Source: If the uploaded source is outdated or irrelevant, click the trash icon under the “Action” column.
Note: Deleting a source removes it entirely from the assistant’s memory and cannot be undone.
